We provide Chinese US-market briefs, a browser-based watchlist recap, community, and optional AI assistant. Features may change with reasonable notice when possible.

All content is for information and learning only—not securities, tax, or legal advice. No personalized recommendations or trading on your behalf. You bear all investment risk.

Provide accurate registration info. No abuse, scraping overload, or illegal use. We may suspend accounts for violations.

Pro is billed via Stripe (~$6.99/mo; checkout page is final). New users: 7-day trial—The trial starts only after you finish Stripe checkout and save a payment method—not when you browse the site or sign up.

Checkout requires a card on file. When your 7-day trial ends, Stripe charges the monthly plan price unless you cancel first under Account → Manage subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel under Account → Manage subscription. Price changes follow Stripe and applicable law.

Site UI, brief layout, and branding are ours or licensors. You keep rights to your community posts and grant us a non-exclusive license to display them to operate the service.

Quotes, payments, hosting, DB, and AI use third parties (Stripe, Finnhub, Vercel, Neon, OpenAI, etc.). Their terms apply; we are not liable for their outages or errors.

Service is as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability; cap is fees paid in the past 12 months (zero for free users) unless law forbids.

You may stop using the service anytime. We may terminate or restrict access for abuse or risk. Surviving clauses include disclaimers and liability limits.

Governed by the laws of our primary place of operation; courts there have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
